Some products may require additional handling, packing, or availability confirmation due to their technical or industrial nature. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping Locations

Elsomart currently offers shipping to locations available at checkout, including India and the United Arab Emirates where serviceability is enabled on our website.

If your delivery location is not available at checkout, we may not be able to ship to that location at this time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery location, product type, order weight, package size, and courier availability.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Estimated delivery timelines are generally as follows:

  • India: 3-10 business days after dispatch
  • United Arab Emirates: 7-15 business days after dispatch

Please note that these timelines are not guaranteed and may change due to courier delays, customs checks, weather conditions, holidays, strikes, operational disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share tracking details by email, SMS, or any other available communication method provided at the time of order placement.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address, including postal code, phone number, company name, building name, and any other details required for successful delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Elsomart is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, return-to-sender shipments, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other local fees may be applicable as per the rules of the destination country.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Elsomart is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import regulations, or unpaid duties and taxes.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may contact the customer before delivery. If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or does not respond to the courier, the shipment may be returned or held by the courier as per their policy.

Elsomart is not responsible for losses, delays, or additional charges arising from missed delivery attempts or non-response from the customer.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the package, and photos of the item received.

Claims for damaged, missing, or wrong items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so that we can review the issue and assist you appropriately.

Risk of Loss

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with tracking or delivery-related concerns.
